Manufacturing

M Auto staunchly believes in the “Vocal for Local” concept. And that’s why our factories are being built in Togo and Benin. We’re aiming to be the largest EV facility in Africa with a production goal of 1000 bikes per day. Moreover, as part of our CSR activity, we’re enthusiastic about developing the country with wide-ranging manufacturing activities. Our efforts can be observed at our already built facilities where we already have 300 existing technicians being trained. Also, we intend to make more than half of our EV technician workforce to be women.

Focus on the Future

Intense research and development in the auto-rickshaw industry have helped us widen our horizons and introduce the pollution-free narrative in public transport. Our objective is to empower an independent rider with an electric mobility vehicle eliminating the need for fuel and offering a personalized, connected, and eco-friendly experience across the globe.

The power distribution unit and electronic assembly facility are prepared to create a complete power train, for example, Battery Management Systems, Vehicle Control Systems, and Motor Control frameworks. The assembly line sticks to severe quality affirmation techniques and practices for internal parts, in-process control, and the end result, with sophisticated equipment and gauges.

We are constructing Africa’s largest EV plant, with a 500-hectare factory in each country, in which we will manufacture 1000 bikes and 2000 batteries per day.

We eventually decide to set up assembly plants in another 3 countries, employing 3000 people per year.
